Planex Responsive Project Management Dashboard
Here’s a recent project I worked on: Planex, a responsive project management web application designed to help teams organize projects, tasks, deadlines, and progress in one clear workspace.
The main challenge was presenting a large amount of information without making the interface feel overwhelming, while keeping the experience consistent across desktop and mobile.
Key features include:
• Project and task overview • Kanban-style task management • Progress, priority, and deadline tracking • Team activity and workload visibility • Integrated project calendar • Responsive desktop and mobile layouts
I focused on clear information hierarchy, reusable components, responsive behavior, and a visual system that can scale as the product grows.
