[Full-Stack Ownership] I led the entire product lifecycle for the LG DUOBO, translating LG’s vision into a global market-ready product. My team and I developed every layer of the system: * Hardware & Firmware: Designed the core PCBA and Linux firmware for precision brewing and dual-capsule mechanics. * Production Innovations: Implemented One-Device-One-ID on the assembly line and engineered an Auto-Flashing Sub-board(STM8) protocol. This eliminated external programmers (ST-Link) and enabled Full-System OTA updates. * Cloud & App: Developed the complete connectivity stack, ensuring seamless real-time control via mobile applications.
