Complete Brand Identity & Visual Asset System for 'Flora & Caffeine'.
Project Overview:
Designed an organic, nature-inspired visual identity that seamlessly blends the concepts of botanical elements and coffee culture. The identity uses warm, earthy tones to evoke a cozy and sustainable brand presence.
Key Deliverables Included:
Logo System: Designed versatile primary, secondary, and minimalist monogram variations optimized for packaging and stamps.
Brand Assets & Patterns: Created a custom botanical coffee bean repeat pattern for merchandise, wrapping papers, and tissue liners.
Earthy Color Palette: Selected a premium mix of Coffee Bean Brown and Leaf Green to visually reinforce the brand's organic origins.

Direction 2 feels more immersive and lifestyle-driven, using full-bleed photography, darker overlays, and a warmer coffeehouse atmosphere to create more emotion and brand personality.
Both directions can work, but they communicate slightly different things:
Direction 1: clean, curated, product-forward
Direction 2: warm, emotional, lifestyle-focused
I’m leaning toward the second direction because it feels more human and memorable, but I’d love to hear which one feels stronger at first glance.

Direction 2 for me — full-bleed photography creates that 'I want to be there' feeling instantly. Direction 1 is clean but Direction 2 has soul.
Should brands be beautiful, or impossible to ignore?
When I designed the identity for Sandwich, an advertising agency, I quickly realized that a polished, predictable brand would be the wrong answer.
Inspired by the tight structure of a sandwich, I knew the identity had to feel bold, loud, and unapologetic. The logo and overall identity needed to grab attention.
That is what I find interesting about Neo Brutalism. It strips away the filters and lets the message hit harder with high contrast type and bold colors.
As it's hard to replicate with AI, do you think Neo Brutalism is a lasting design direction?

SPOT THE BOT, a gallery game about telling human creativity from a machine's
The problem. AI can now create almost anything, and for designers that's not abstract. The fear is that taste, judgment, the human "tell" in a piece of work no longer counts for anything. So instead of arguing about it, we made a game out of it.
The idea. Everyone gets the same prompt ("give beige a personality," "what keeps you up at 3am"), the same fixed kit of pieces, and 30 seconds. So does an AI. Every tile lands on a gallery wall, and players vote: which one is the bot? Then comes the reveal: who fooled you, and who you fooled. The constraint is the whole point. When everyone has identical pieces, the only thing separating the tiles is taste, wit, and choice, the human stuff. Right now the bot fools 72% of players, and every round feeds that number: a live, accumulating measure of where human judgment still holds the line.
The build & workflow. Designed and built end to end in the Figma ecosystem: the editor, the real-time multiplayer rounds (MAKE, VOTE, REVEAL), and the MUSEUM of every player-made tile. The asset kits (risograph, torn paper, duct tape, liquid metal, and more) were generated with Weavy.ai.
It's recursive by design: a game about spotting machine-made art, built with the machine's own creative tools. The medium is the argument.
