Your Shopify store isn't losing sales because of the design. It’s losing sales because of the "Trust Gap." I see DTC brands with stunning photography, fast load speeds, and incredible products still struggling to hit a 2% conversion rate. Why? Because cold traffic doesn't trust you yet. If a customer lands on your website, can they immediately see: Social proof (star ratings) right above the title? A clear, risk-free guarantee near the buy button? Authority badges (e.g., "Clinically Proven" or "Dermatologist Approved")? If they have to scroll all the way down to the footer of your store just to find out if your brand is legitimate, they won't. They will just bounce. Design buys attention. Trust buys conversion. Stop burying your social proof. Put it front and center.
