As a Technical Support Team Member at KMG Infotech, I was part of the dedicated support team serving Great American Insurance Company (GAIC). My role focused on providing technical support for the client's internal business applications, troubleshooting user-reported issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
I collaborated with internal teams to investigate technical problems, prioritize and manage escalated incidents, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely issue resolution. I also contributed to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvements to enhance the overall support experience and operational efficiency.
