The Botanical Coffeehouse

A Victorian Naturalist's Vision of Modern Coffee Culture

What if a 19th-century naturalist designed a modern specialty coffeehouse?

Inspired by an 1830 botanical and entomological engraving from the Wellcome Collection, I transformed historical scientific illustration into a contemporary coffeehouse visual identity.

Using a custom Recraft V4 Style, I created a cohesive collection exploring coffeehouse architecture, interior design, coffee products, packaging, and the botanical world of coffee.

The project brings together historical engraving techniques, botanical details, and modern specialty coffee culture.
