• Built and maintained the admin panel using NestJS and Next.js, implementing RBAC, multi-role access, booking workflows, jobs module, and custom APIs for mobile developers.
• Integrated Xero, AWS S3, IMAP email services, and third-party tools to enable file storage, accounting sync, email read/unread tracking, bounce detection, and user reply visibility inside the jobs panel.
• Developed advanced UI features: drag-and-drop reordering, powerful filters, infinite scroll, type-ahead auto-prompt sentence suggestions, and a highly optimized data management experience.
• Implemented scalable backend operations using BullMQ queues for large dataset exports, ensuring high performance, reliability, and smoother admin operations.

A scroll-triggered architectural showcase built for a residential design studio. Instead of a static portfolio grid, visitors "walk" through a house the camera moves room to room as they scroll, with video-driven transitions instead of static images.
What it solves: Architecture firms often struggle to translate spatial experience into a flat web page. Photos and floor plans tell you what a space looks like, not what it feels like to move through it. This site turns the scroll bar into a camera dolly, so the sequence of light, threshold, and volume the actual experience of the building becomes the interface itself.

Turning the scroll bar into a camera dolly fits an architecture portfolio really well. I’d make the reduced-motion version a deliberate still-image sequence, so visitors who disable animation get the same walkthrough.
To give the brand a truly dynamic feel, I’ve integrated GSAP for fluid scroll dynamics and Rive for lightweight, high-performance animations, ensuring a polished look without sacrificing load times.
I’m currently collaborating with DealCova, a platform built to solve one of the biggest problems in online buying and selling: trust.
Many people hesitate to buy from vendors they discover online because of the risk involved. You pay for a product, but what arrives may be different from what was advertised or the product may not arrive at all.
DealCova is being built to bridge that gap between buyers and sellers.
Instead of buyers paying sellers directly, payments are made securely through the platform. The seller's payment is held until the buyer receives and confirms that the item matches what was ordered.
If there’s an issue with the order, such as receiving the wrong item, the buyer can return the product and receive a refund, subject to the platform's transaction process.
The goal is to make buying from new and previously untrusted online vendors safer and give both buyers and legitimate sellers more confidence when doing business.
