Last week I had two projects going. One was in client QA after we finished internal testing. The other was mid-build, still working on features.

Saw the overlap coming and messaged both teams. Let them know where their project stood and when I'd get to what. Client QA responses by end of week, mid-build work continues through next week.

Nobody had to wonder where things were or send me "just checking in" messages.

Overlaps happen. What matters is keeping everyone in the loop so they're not sitting there guessing.

Beyond the Scroll: A Cinematic Webflow Build
