🏋️ From "fix our UI" to a full app launch — here's what happened
A client came to me with a fitness app that had hit a dead end: their previous designer was gone, no revisions left, and the existing UI had structural flaws baking technical debt straight into the product.
Instead of patching it, I rebuilt it — end to end.
What shipped in 14 weeks:
📱 React Native app (iOS + Android, one codebase)
⚙️ Node.js + Firebase backend (auth, real-time sync, analytics)
🎨 Full Figma UI/UX overhaul
🔥 Workout tracking, nutrition dashboard, AI-assisted insights, coaching + community features
🚀 App Store-ready deployment
The wildest part? It started as a design-only gig. Trust + delivery turned it into a full product partnership.

HEATD is a heated Pilates and yoga studio in Mableton, Georgia. The name already said it all, so we made one decision from day one: the heat would be the whole brand 🔥
Amazing project and amazing team.

Curious how the terracotta palette got settled here: did the colour come first and the type follow, or the other way round? The heat idea reads as much through the warm tones as through the name itself.
