Project Name: Revive

The Problem: Depression and anxiety create a "paralysis loop" where people feel overwhelmed by choices and isolated in their struggles. Traditional wellness apps often focus on just one aspect of health, leaving users without immediate, low-friction relief when they are spiraling.

The Solution: Sanctuary is a holistic, mobile-first wellness app designed to treat the mind, body, and spirit simultaneously. It acts as an emotional circuit breaker. Features include:

An Emotion Selector that directly maps the user's current feeling (Sadness, Anger, Numbness) to specific, comforting Bible verses.

An AI Faith Companion that acts as a therapeutic sounding board, answering specific life questions with scripture.

A Body Room offering accessible physical workouts for behavioral activation and endorphin release.

A Frequency Music Room featuring high-energy gospel playlists and vital education on avoiding low-frequency audio when depressed.

The Workflow (How it was built): I built this project to maximize Figma's new AI suite in a novel way.

I used Figma Agent to brainstorm and structure the premium layouts and glassmorphism UI.

I utilized Figma Weave to generate the calming visual assets, textures, and thumbnails to ensure a safe visual space.

Finally, I used Figma Make to convert the designs directly into front-end code, and leveraged the Figma MCP to integrate the logic and AI backend.
