Beit el Zeit 🫒 | Bringing a Traditional Lebanese Olive Press Into the Digital Age

Beit el Zeit is a digital experience for a family-owned olive press in Barja, Lebanon. It brings a traditional, seasonal process online, making it easier for farmers to book their turn, estimate their olive oil yield, receive a ticket, and follow their batch through each stage of production using a live queue board.

The experience combines Lebanese heritage with thoughtful digital design, from the six-machine olive-press walkthrough to the owner dashboard and Dawri, a chat-based assistant that helps guide the booking experience.

Built with Base44, Beit el Zeit is designed to connect farmers and press operators through a clearer, more transparent, and more organized olive season.

The idea: preserve the tradition, improve the experience, and bring the olive press online.
