There's a truth here, so many UI"s are bloated and insist on themselves. This reminds me of ascii drawing tools for boxes/charts found online that use as much of the browser screen real estate as possible for the actual reason the tool exists.

How did you manage to keep the character ( and environment) consistent in CupCut please? I did everything as per instruction, it barely "made it" till the end to not completely transform the character and surroundings kept changing regardless of the prompts I was using.

Grids are not decoration. They’re discipline. Most UI doesn’t fail because of colour or typography.

It fails because there’s no underlying structure holding it together.

A grid does three things: • Creates rhythm • Aligns intent • Removes guesswork
