I designed and built MessyFlow as a growth intelligence platform that turns real performance data into actionable growth decisions. It brings product research, positioning, content strategy, experiments, performance measurement, and AI-assisted insights into one operating system. Rather than just reporting metrics, MessyFlow identifies patterns across measured outcomes, surfaces what is performing, and helps turn those findings into the next experiment. The platform includes a Growth Command Center, research library, positioning tools, playbooks, content studio, experiment management, performance tracking, findings history, integrations, and an AI assistant called Messy. I led the product strategy, UX, data model, workflow design, analytics system, AI experience, and implementation from concept through production.
