No camera. No studio. No real bottle of serum. Just a character brief, a product brief, and four scene-by-scene prompts refined through several rounds of trial and error (the first attempt had zero dialogue and a floating serum bottle — AI video still has its quirks).

What I focused on: → Keeping the same character and product consistent across every scene → Getting natural-sounding dialogue with accurate lip sync → Directing a visible "before/after" skin transformation, not just a static shot → Matching lighting, color, and mood across two different settings so the final cut feels like one continuous story

This is a concept video — the product shown isn't a real brand. But the workflow is the same one I use for real client content: write the script, direct the AI like a director would a crew, review every generation critically, and only keep what actually serves the story.
