I’ve been exploring Lively lately, and one part of the app I really like is the nutrition and exercise sections.
I like that it goes a little beyond simply telling you where you are in your cycle and gives you ideas you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
It could be what to eat, how to move, or when you might want to take things a little easier.
As a designer, I love seeing women’s health apps move beyond just tracking and numbers and think more about what people can actually do with that information.
It feels like a small thing, but it makes the experience feel much more personal and useful.
Women’s health is such an interesting space to design in, and I’m always curious to see how different products approach it.
What women’s health apps have you been enjoying lately?
