Built an approval-first automation layer inside LeadLens CareOS to handle repetitive clinic workflows without giving AI unrestricted control.
The system can prepare actions for inactive-patient recovery, package renewals, and business-growth workflows, then route them for review before anything external is executed.
The focus was on combining AI, business rules, workflow automation, and human oversight into a system that is useful in real operations—not just a standalone chatbot.

I analyzed 3M+ job postings across 161 countries and 93K companies to identify hiring trends, in-demand roles, work-mode patterns, and salary insights.
I used Python for data cleaning and preprocessing, SQL for analysis, and Power BI to build an interactive dashboard.
