Instead of random variations, it generates three intentional ad directions: → Attention: scroll-stopping hook → Conversion: direct response ad → Trust: social proof concept Before: Creative direction is based on intuition, with no shared framework. After: Creative direction is defined as structured hypotheses before production begins. This is the shift: From making ads → to designing the system that decides which ads get made. From intuition-based testing → to structured creative decision systems. This removes randomness from creative production and replaces it with repeatable performance logic.
