The Glass Run — a 30-second, one-take AI film built entirely in CapCut Video Studio with Seedance 2.5. A runner sprints through six impossible worlds — desert ruin, dragon-mountain, jungle temple, torchlit hall, neon megacity, and orbit — and he never opens a single door: every glass door stands where no door belongs, each pane carries a faint translucent preview of the world waiting behind it, and he smashes through each one and keeps running. The whole film is one continuous take, no cuts, no dialogue, no music — just the run, the glass, and the reveal that the final room is a drawing. Built from one native 30s generation with 13 reference plates (character, six worlds, seven doors) and a beat-ordered prompt on the canvas. I wanted to prove that a one-take AI film can carry a full arc — foreshadowing through the panes, escalation through the worlds — with the runner as the only constant.
