Over the past few months, I’ve been designing and building products across SaaS, AI, real estate, CRM, and internal business tools.
Not just screens.
User flows.
Product architecture.
Business logic.

The systems behind the interface.

What was the most surprising insight you discovered while integrating tools like Supabase and n8n?
Most operators know something is slowing their business down.
Very few can name exactly what it is.
Here is what it almost always comes down to — four things, working together, keeping the entire operation locked in manual mode.
Manual process is the most visible one.
Every task that requires your direct action to move forward is a process that cannot run without you present. It looks like productivity.
It is actually a ceiling.
Time dependency is what most people miss. When your business can only execute during your working hours, you have not built a scalable operation.
You have built a very expensive shift.
Revenue should not stop when you stop.
Human error is the hidden cost nobody accounts for. Every task run manually introduces the variable of fatigue, distraction, and inconsistency.
The tenth time you do something is never as clean as the first time. Systems don't get tired.
Zero leverage is the result of the other three combined.
When you are the process, every hour you put in produces a fixed, linear output.
There is no compounding. There is no multiplication.
Just direct exchange of time for results — the least efficient trade in business.
These four don't disappear on their own.
They disappear when you name them, locate them inside your specific operation, and systematically replace each one with documented automated logic.
