Key Features & Problem Solved:
Daily Reconciliation: Tracks opening cash balance, cash sales, bank deposits, credit transactions, and closing balance to eliminate missing funds.
Categorized Expense Tracking: Clear breakdown of daily operational costs (management allowances, labor, transport, and supplier payments).
Inventory & Post-Dated Tracking: Tracks opening and closing stock (Broiler/Layer units) and monitors post-dated cheques to maintain healthy cash flow visibility.
Clarity & Transparency: Structured layout that provides business owners with instant clarity on daily profit margins without complex software.
