I designed and built a premium AI-powered reporting portal concept for digital marketing agencies. The goal was to create a product-style dashboard that helps agency teams manage client campaign reporting, AI-generated summaries, approvals, integrations, and report archives in one branded workspace.
For this project, I handled the full concept, UI structure, front-end development, content layout, and live deployment. I created the dashboard flow from scratch, including the research, portfolio overview, client performance table, AI operations summary, report approval queue, integrations page, client report view, and report archive.
I focused on making the demo feel like a real agency operations tool rather than a basic static website. The interface was designed to show how campaign data could be organized, reviewed, and turned into client-ready performance reports through a clean approval workflow.
The final result is a polished live prototype that demonstrates how Roshtay can build custom dashboards, AI workflow systems, and reporting portals for agencies and service-based businesses.

This is impressive—moving beyond just a UI template to a functional system is a big jump. How does the AI logic handle the shift in 'tone' when switching between something like a clinic and a restaurant?
Today came the day that I got into Claude Pro subscription 🤑 Now I need to get my money's worth!!
While I'm still not sure how to use most of it, I have asked it to help me create a project tracker template on Notion for my projects and tasks within each project. 🤓
I honestly hate doing this because it's sooo time consuming, 🫠 but a the same time know that I need it because I am afraid of forgetting to deliver anything.
I think I made a good choice!
