The Grand Bellamy is a supernatural microdrama built around two conflicting testimonies.
Mr. Bellamy, the hotel’s impeccably controlled concierge, insists that Lenora Vale lost her claim to the hotel years ago and now wants to take back something that no longer belongs to her. Lenora tells the opposite story: that Bellamy deceived her, took everything from her, and buried the proof that could clear her name.
Rather than reveal who is right, the pilot presents both characters directly to the audience and asks them to choose who they believe. The final reveal, an ordinary hotel elevator opening onto an impossible cosmic void, suggests that the truth is much stranger than either version admits.
I chose this structure because short-form storytelling works best when the audience immediately understands the conflict, the characters have distinct points of view, and the final image creates a reason to want the next episode. It also gives Mr. Bellamy room to become more than a visual character: he can be charming, defensive, unsettling, and potentially unreliable.

Samaria was a normal woman from an island of Kiribati, when one day while inspecting dead plants (and feeling sad about them), a supernatural pollen grain fell through the sunroof of the greenhouse. It seems that after it touched her, it entered her body, and now suddenly she has the power to rejuvenate humans with the help of the surrounding nature's energy. Or is it just that? We'll see her in action in the future series, i have a guess she won't keep her benefic powers constrained to the Kiribati islands 😊.
