I JUST BUILT AN AI AGENT THAT MANAGES OFFICE INVENTORY THROUGH TELEGRAM 🤖📦
No digging through spreadsheets. No manually checking stock levels. No forgetting what needs to be reordered.
I simply message the AI agent on Telegram:
“What office supplies am I running low on?”
Within seconds, it checks the live inventory data and tells me exactly what’s running low.
Then I reply:
“Yes, reorder them and update the inventory.”
And the AI agent handles the rest. ⚙️
It:
🔵 Reads the live inventory from Google Sheets
🔵 Identifies low stock items
🔵 Calculates the updated inventory levels
🔵 Updates the spreadsheet automatically
🔵 Marks the reorder status
🔵 Confirms everything back in Telegram
The AI agent Stocky, can both read and update the inventory system, so I can manage stock through a simple conversation instead of manually working through spreadsheets.
The interesting part?
This same concept can be adapted for warehouses, clinics, retail businesses, restaurants, and any operation that regularly manages inventory.
The interface doesn’t always need to be another dashboard.
