Clean direction 🔥 sometimes static tells the story better than motion.
I think that depends on the focal point of this screen – the first one shows people behind the team, where as the second shows numbers in context, so it's easier to get trends over time. If you were going for people/team, I'd go with first one. But if understanding trend right away is the point, then second.
