Revora AI – AI-Powered Reputation Management for Local Businesses
Local businesses often deliver excellent customer experiences but struggle to collect Google Reviews because many customers don't know what to write or don't take the time to leave feedback.
To solve this challenge, I built Revora AI, an AI-powered reputation management platform that helps businesses increase authentic Google Reviews while strengthening their online presence.
The platform includes two user roles: an Admin and Business Owners. Administrators can onboard businesses, generate unique branded QR codes, and manage business accounts from a centralized dashboard. Each business receives its own secure dashboard to monitor review performance, QR code scans, reputation analytics, AI insights, and customer engagement.
The customer experience is simple:
1.Customers scan a business's QR code.
2.They provide a rating and brief feedback.
3.AI generates a natural review based on their experience.
4.Customers can edit, copy, and post the review directly on Google.
By reducing the effort required to leave a review, Revora AI helps businesses increase review completion rates, build customer trust, improve their visibility on Google Search and Google Maps, and attract more local customers.
Beyond review management, the platform also provides:

- Public business profile pages
