Project Description:

Gracious Fashion and Bakery Empire is a Lagos-based small business running two service lines — custom fashion design/tailoring and a bakery — with no prior online presence beyond word-of-mouth and a WhatsApp number customers had to already know. I built them a fully designed, mobile-responsive website using Base44, "Where Style Meets Sweetness," featuring a fashion gallery, bakery menu, and the owner's brand story — giving both sides of the business a real, shareable storefront for the first time.

Automation Description:

I built a WhatsApp-connected AI ordering assistant that greets customers, asks whether they need fashion or bakery services, then walks them through the specifics — for fashion, it collects the type of outfit and event date to book a consultation; for bakery, it takes the order details (item, quantity, delivery vs. pickup) and confirms a summary. The owner only gets pinged once an inquiry is fully confirmed, replacing what used to be manual back-and-forth typing out the menu or catalogue for every single customer message.

Why it matters:

The business went from having no digital presence to a live, professional site with working order automation — reducing manual customer handling while giving both business lines a consistent brand experience.
