This is a spec ad I created for Byoma. Byoma built a skincare brand around barrier health a concept that resonates deeply with Gen Z buyers who are done with harsh routines and want something that actually works with their skin.
The challenge was making an ad that felt real. Not polished in a way that screams "brand content." Real in a way that makes someone stop, watch, and think "that could be me."
So I used AI UGC a video format that mimics the look and feel of creator content, without hiring a single influencer.
