Hi everyone,
I built Aptavo, a marketplace connecting customers with moving and removal providers. The real problem wasn’t pricing, it was coordination. Quotes, bookings, and communication were scattered across tools.
I consolidated the experience into one flow: quotes, booking, and in-app chat, designed to remove ambiguity for both sides.
The result: booking completion increased by 50%, satisfaction improved by 35%, and support requests dropped noticeably.
