What happens when you bring together a bunch of remote workers from around the world to live and work together in community? Pure. Magic. Today I'm kicking off my one-month stay at Nomad Farm in southern Brazil. During work hours, I'll be focused on my projects. But outside of those focus hours, I'll be learning about permaculture, taking capoeira classes, making art, and building community with my "soilmates." Conventional work was never part of my plan.
