I built an automation system that connects Telegram, n8n, Flask, and Playwright to simplify a complex browser-based workflow for field users.
The system allows users to interact with a Telegram bot instead of manually navigating a slow legacy portal. In the background, the bot manages browser automation, session handling, form submissions, and user-specific workflows automatically.
One of the main technical challenges was handling multiple browser sessions simultaneously without conflicts. Each user gets an isolated headless browser session with secure state management and automatic expiration handling.
The workflow also includes human-in-the-loop captcha solving. The bot sends the captcha image to the user, waits for the response, and then continues the automation process seamlessly.
Tech stack:
• Playwright for browser automation
• Flask for backend APIs and session management
• n8n for workflow orchestration
• SQLite for lightweight persistent storage
This project gave me hands-on experience building scalable automation systems that combine messaging platforms, backend services, and browser-level scripting for real-world operational workflows.

I built an automation that tracks every receipt automatically using Telegram, Mistral OCR, Gemini and Google Sheets.
Here's exactly how it works:
I send a photo of my receipt via Telegram. The image gets picked up automatically and saved into Google Drive. Mistral OCR extracts the raw text from the receipt image. Gemini then analyses the extracted text and pulls out the important details, store name, total amount and date. Everything gets logged neatly into Google Sheets automatically, including a direct link back to the original receipt in Google Drive.

VIP & Regular Customer Order Automation System using n8n
I designed and built a fully automated customer order management system using n8n that intelligently handles both VIP and Regular customers from a single webhook request.
The system automatically processes incoming orders, identifies customer types, stores order information in Google Sheets, sends real-time Telegram notifications, delivers personalized Gmail confirmations, and manages delivery status updates without manual intervention.
The Problem
Businesses often waste time manually processing orders, notifying customers, and updating delivery information. Handling VIP customers differently from regular customers also increases operational complexity.

I've used a similar setup in scoring systems. The models can make suggestions and check each other's work, while a rules-based layer makes the final call and keeps a record the operator can review.
