When this project landed on my desk, it didn't come with a simple feature request. It came with a detailed debugging document covering dozens of issues across an animation-heavy landing page. Scroll conflicts, laggy video playback, broken sticky sections, horizontal scrolling problems, mobile inconsistencies, and performance issues were affecting the entire experience.
Instead of applying quick fixes, I focused on understanding the behavior the client actually wanted. One of the biggest challenges was the hero section. The original scroll-driven video playback would freeze and skip frames, so I rebuilt it using a sequence of images rendered on the HTML Canvas API with JavaScript, creating smooth, responsive playback that stayed perfectly in sync with scrolling.
Beyond that, I rebuilt multiple GSAP interactions, resolved conflicting ScrollTriggers, improved mobile behavior, and refined the overall scrolling experience to make every interaction feel seamless.
The most rewarding part wasn't just solving the technical challenges. It was hearing that the client felt understood throughout the entire process. Their feedback reminded me that great development is about more than writing code. It's about translating ideas into experiences and making collaboration enjoyable from start to finish.
Thank you, Tal, for trusting me with such an exciting project and for your incredibly kind words. I'm grateful to have been part of bringing your vision to life.

Thanks a lot! I'm happy to hear that. I focused on making the animation as smooth and reliable as possible, so I'm glad it shows.
