:What if your business could handle customer bookings automatically, 24/7?
I designed an AI WhatsApp booking agent that can answer customer questions, provide service information, check appointment availability, suggest alternative times, create bookings, prevent double-booking, and send confirmations and reminders.
The goal is simple: reduce repetitive work for business owners while giving customers a faster booking experience.
This is a self-initiated AI automation project and part of my ongoing work in AI agents and business automation.
Core workflow:
Customer → WhatsApp → AI Agent → Availability Check → Booking → Confirmation → Reminder → Human Escalation when needed.
Built as a prototype concept for local businesses such as barbershops, salons, restaurants, and other appointment-based businesses.

⚠️ Is human approval needed before outreach?
The workflow becomes goal-driven instead of purely step-driven.
And this doesn't mean replacing automation.
The most powerful systems combine both:
n8n handles the reliable execution.
AI handles decisions where the path isn't always predictable.
That’s what makes an agentic workflow different from simply adding ChatGPT to an automation.
The future isn't: Automation OR AI
It's: Automation + AI agents + the right tools.

This one is an AI-powered Resume Screening Automation built to streamline the recruitment process.
The workflow:
📄 Receive resume via webhook
→ Extract text from the PDF
→ Use AI to extract candidate data
→ Evaluate and score the candidate
→ Store candidate data
→ Automatically shortlist top candidates
→ Notify the recruiter via email
→ Move qualified candidates to the next stage or keep them in the talent pool
→ Send updates to Slack
The goal was simple: reduce manual screening and help recruiters focus on the best candidates faster.
I enjoy building practical AI automations that connect AI models with real business workflows, APIs, databases, email, and communication tools.
