Refund-Me is a web platform designed to simplify the process of identifying, claiming, and managing eligible refunds. The project focused on creating a modern, user-friendly interface that guides users through complex refund workflows while maintaining clarity, trust, and ease of use throughout the experience.
The primary goal was to design an intuitive platform that simplifies refund-related processes through clear navigation, structured information architecture, and conversion-focused user flows. The experience was crafted to reduce friction and help users complete refund requests with confidence.
- Design Process
The project began with user flow mapping, wireframing, and information architecture planning to define the customer journey. Interactive prototypes were then created in Figma, allowing stakeholders to validate workflows and refine the experience before development.
- UI/UX Approach
The interface was designed with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and trust. Clean layouts, intuitive navigation patterns, clear call-to-actions, and responsive design principles were implemented to ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.

AURA is a luxury fragrance website concept built around softness, atmosphere, and product storytelling.
The goal was to make the perfume feel almost weightless — combining dreamy skies, delicate pastel tones, translucent UI elements, and an oversized product visual to create an emotional first impression.
Special attention was given to:
• a product-focused hero that makes the fragrance the main visual anchor
• soft glassmorphism cards for fragrance notes, pricing, and product details
• an airy pastel palette inspired by clouds, light, and floral notes
• elegant typography that adds a premium editorial feel
• a fragrance selector that introduces different scents without distracting from the hero
• clear product discovery and shopping actions
• a mobile experience that keeps the same immersive visual atmosphere
• a lightweight mobile menu with product discovery and social touchpoints
The result is a soft, premium digital experience that combines luxury storytelling with clear e-commerce functionality.
