built the Executive Operations AI dashboard for retail leaders drowning in email.
6 screens — dashboard with priority emails/deadlines/flagged risks up top (12 unread priority emails, 5 upcoming deadlines, 3 flagged risks, all real numbers from the demo data), inbox triage that auto-tags everything (urgent, operational, staff, vendor), an email detail view with AI summary + action items + a drafted reply I can edit before sending, an executive briefing that reads like a morning report, analytics for tracking trends, and settings for tuning the categorization rules.
dark navy, white, teal accent — went for that Notion-meets-Superhuman feel, calm not cluttered.
built this because I run a store and multiple businesses and my inbox is where deadlines actually go to die. wanted the tool I wish I had.

This dashboard concept was born from pure football energy — a spontaneous creative response to championship excitement. No lengthy brief, no full brand system. Just a quick UI exploration that captures the drama and intensity of the game in a clean, data-driven interface.

We built an open-source SEO dashboard and wanted to share it here.
What it does:
- Connects to Google Search Console and syncs your keyword/page data
- Crawls your site (up to 2,000 pages) for broken links, missing meta tags, duplicate content, slow pages
- Monitors Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) via PageSpeed Insights
- Detects SEO opportunities: striking distance keywords, low CTR, content decay
- Alerts via email, Slack, Telegram, or webhook
- MCP server with 10 tools so AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor) can query your data
Stack: Next.js 16, PostgreSQL, Prisma, shadcn/ui, Tailwind. Single Docker Compose stack.

You just need Google OAuth credentials (free). No paid APIs required for core features. Optional DataForSEO BYOK for keyword volume and backlink data.
