The primary goal of this redesign was to transform the website into a smarter, more intuitive platform that simplifies the customer journey while giving clients faster access to the services and information they need. Just as importantly, it improves communication throughout the booking process, creating a smoother experience for both customers and the business owner.

Before the upgrade, the website had several limitations. Customers could only browse available services and initiate bookings by chatting with a representative on WhatsApp. There was no option to select services directly, no intelligent support system, no administrative dashboard, no booking management, and no bookkeeping or customer management tools.

This upgrade changes that completely.

The new experience allows customers to browse and select services effortlessly, then complete their bookings through WhatsApp or email with their selected services automatically synced into the message eliminating the need to manually type everything again. The platform also introduces smart service recommendations that understand customer intent and suggest relevant add-ons during the booking process, helping the business increase sales naturally.

On the administrative side, the transformation is even more significant. The new dashboard enables the business owner to manage bookings, update website content and gallery images, track customer visits and spending through a smart loyalty system, monitor business expenses, generate automated digital receipts, and oversee day-to-day operations from a single, centralized interface. What was once a simple informational website has evolved into a complete business management solution.

Building this project has been an incredibly smooth and enjoyable experience. The workflow felt intuitive from start to finish, and I was especially impressed by how seamlessly everything worked across both desktop and mobile.
