How to get their plans ?
š I gave a local Colorado Springs business a digital glow-up.
When I found ZZ Mobile Detailing, I saw a business with an outstanding reputationā4.9ā with hundreds of happy customersābut like many small businesses, much of the customer journey still depended on calls, texts, and manual scheduling.
I wanted to build something that would actually help them save time and create a better experience for their customers.
So I built a complete mobile-first business platform in Base44.
Before
Customers contacted the business through calls or messages.
Scheduling and lead management were handled manually.
No centralized customer portal.
No automated follow-ups or review requests.
No AI to answer common questions after hours.

Instead of simply building a website, the goal was to create a tool that helps the business operate more efficiently while delivering a better customer experience.
One of my favorite features is the AI Detail Advisor, which guides customers to the right package based on their vehicle, goals, and detailing needs before they even book.
Building this project reinforced something I love about AI-powered development: when combined with thoughtful product design, you can create software that genuinely helps local businesses grow.

Would you let an AI write SQL against your production database?
I wouldn't either. So when I built Quanta ā a workspace where you ask questions in plain English and get back a live dashboard ā the model never touches your data directly.
Every query it generates is SELECT-only and runs read-only. If one fails, the system feeds the exact database error back to the model and lets it correct itself once before anything reaches you. Credentials stay encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never leave the vault.
Connect Postgres or MySQL, switch between Gemini, Claude, and GPT, and build dashboards from 12 chart types. It's multi-tenant now too. Orgs, roles, and per-workspace AI spend caps.
Curious how other devs handle the "LLM + real database" problem. What guardrail would you add?

The self-correction loop is such a smart touch. Only thing I'd add is a statement_timeout + forced LIMIT so a valid-but-heavy query can't tank prod. Ideally run against a read replica. Great build.
