A lot of businesses don’t need more tools.
They need their existing tools to actually talk to each other.
A lead comes through the website.
Someone has to reply.
Someone has to update the CRM.
Someone has to remember the follow-up.
Then someone has to check what happened with that lead.
None of this sounds difficult.
But when you’re doing it dozens of times every week, it becomes exhausting — and things get missed.
That’s where I find automation genuinely useful.
Not replacing people.
Not making everything complicated.
Just connecting the right steps so the work keeps moving without someone having to manually push it forward every time.
Good automation should feel less like “AI” and more like having one less thing to worry about.

A production workflow can capture a request, understand the context, take action across APIs and business tools, verify the result, and escalate to a human when necessary.
That requires more than an LLM: APIs, permissions, structured data, retries, observability, guardrails, and solid application architecture all matter.
I enjoy building these end-to-end systems—especially where AI can remove repetitive handoffs between SaaS tools and internal workflows.

Automating Error Handling
I've recently worked on an error handling automation project, using n8n to connect Google Sheets, Telegram, and Gmail. The goal was to reduce manual monitoring and quickly identify issues. I'm happy to say it's been a success, and I've saved a significant amount of time. My tech stack includes n8n, Google Sheets, and Telegram, which have all been instrumental in this project.

I’m currently building a RAG system for an e-commerce company, basically giving an AI assistant access to the company’s own knowledge and product information so it can give useful, context-aware responses instead of just generating random answers.
The interesting part isn’t just connecting an LLM.
It’s making sure the AI can:
→ Find the right information
→ Understand the user’s question
→ Retrieve relevant context
→ Give an accurate response
→ Actually be useful in a real business workflow
Still working on it, but I’m excited about where it’s going.
This is the kind of AI automation I enjoy building, systems that solve actual business problems, not just AI demos.
