I built a fictional footwear brand from scratch - product, model, environment, and the final commercial, entirely with Gen-AI tools.
Here's what "𝗞𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺" actually took:
 • Designed the product itself (a clog with an original, non-generic silhouette) using Nano Banana Pro
 • Built consistent character and product reference sheets to hold identity across every shot
 • Generated a 20-second commercial in two parts using Omni Flash, solving for continuity across separate generations - same product, same lighting logic and same color grade throughout
 • Composited and graded in Photoshop and Premiere Pro to bring it to a real commercial finish
The hardest part wasn't the visuals. It was consistency, getting an AI-generated product to hold its exact shape, geometry, and detail across dozens of shots without drifting into "generic AI slop." That took real iteration: catching invented details, correcting reference images, and rebuilding prompts around what actually keeps a generative pipeline faithful to a locked design.
This is the kind of problem I like solving - turning AI video tools into something that can actually hold up to commercial-grade standards, not just look impressive for five seconds.
