Designed a strength progress screen where you can watch your total volume grow and track your top lifts over time.
Same screen, two shots. Which one would stop your scroll? 👀

Watching your total volume grow over time is such a motivating way to frame progress. Option 1 feels more cinematic to me, the tilted phone shot draws the eye first.

Thank you, Timothy! Glad the angle caught your eye.

Total volume as the hero number is the right call, lifters chase that more than any single PR. Does the top-lifts list show the date next to the weight? That is the detail that makes people come back to check.

Great idea, Ali! Adding the date next to the weight will be in the next version.

Good call. Small type under the weight keeps the row clean, a second column makes it scannable. Which way are you leaning?

Option 1 for me! That 48,320 kg total with the graph is such a strong motivational hook. It instantly tells a story of progress. Option 2 is cleaner but Option 1 stops the scroll way harder. Great work!

Thank you, Sagar! That was exactly the goal.

Option 2 shows more of the screen than option 1

Thank you so much!

Option 2. The angle shows the chart and the top lifts together, feels more alive.

For me, Option 2
