EventTrack - The Digital Infrastructure Layer for Physical Events
What I Built
EventTrack is a QR-powered event infrastructure platform that transforms physical events into connected digital experiences.
Today, event information is often fragmented across paper programs, messaging apps, websites, emails, and verbal instructions. Attendees struggle to find schedules, seating assignments, venue information, announcements, and event resources. Organizers spend significant time coordinating information and answering repetitive questions.
EventTrack solves this by creating a digital destination for every event.
Through a single QR scan, attendees gain access to:
- Registration & Digital Tickets - Event Schedules - Venue Maps - Seating Information - Announcements - Vendors & Sponsors - Media Galleries - Guestbook & Feedback - Event Updates
Everything about the event becomes accessible from one place. The Problem:
Physical events have evolved, but the attendee experience has not.
Whether it’s a conference, wedding, festival, church event, or community gathering, attendees frequently ask the same questions:
Where do I go? Where do I sit? What’s happening next? Where can I find event resources? How do I contact organizers?
Meanwhile, organizers struggle to keep attendees informed throughout the event lifecycle.
The result is a fragmented experience for everyone involved. Our Solution:
EventTrack creates a QR-powered digital layer around every event.
Organizers create and publish an event.
A unique event QR code is generated.
Attendees scan the QR code and instantly access the Event Hub.
No app downloads.
No complex onboarding.
