Managing customer orders, inventory updates, and approval emails manually takes hours of tedious, repetitive work. Every time a customer places an order, you have to manually check stock availability, log sales into spreadsheets line by line, draft custom HTML approval emails, track down confirmation status, and update inventory counts.
What happens when two orders for the last unit come in a few seconds apart? With a sheet as the stock source, both runs can read "1 left" before either one writes. Running the workflow one order at a time, or checking stock again right before the approval email goes out, closes that gap.
If you sell to enterprises, deals feel slow right now.
And the fix going around is "send more emails."

#3 - If you handle their data, show how you keep it safe.
Bottom line: fix the page first. Then send more people to it.
