Built a Make.com automation that captures new Facebook Lead Ads submissions, searches Pipedrive for existing persons and organisations, sets the relevant variables, then routes intelligently — if no person is found, it creates a new organisation if needed, creates the person, and adds them as a lead. If they already exist, the flow updates the record without creating a duplicate. Every path ends with the correct Pipedrive record in place.

Lead comes in. CRM checked. Created or updated. No duplicates. No manual entry.
