Building a WordPress Booking System Synced with Acumatica ERP
A booking website shouldn't stop at collecting appointments—it should automatically connect with your business operations.
For this project, I designed and developed a WordPress booking system integrated with Acumatica ERP, enabling appointment requests, customer information, and operational data to flow seamlessly between the website and the back-office system.
The Challenge:
Many businesses rely on disconnected tools. Customers book appointments through the website, while staff manually re-enter the same information into their ERP or CRM.
This creates several issues:
Duplicate data entry
Scheduling errors
Delayed customer updates
Inefficient workflows
Increased administrative workload
The objective was to eliminate manual processes by connecting the booking experience directly to Acumatica.
My Solution
I designed a scalable workflow that combines a modern WordPress website with Acumatica's business management capabilities.

Every polished interface hides hundreds of technical decisions behind the scenes. This concept wasn't just about creating something visually appealing—it was about designing an experience that feels fast, intuitive, and scalable.
The Challenge
Creating a streaming platform isn't only about beautiful UI. It requires balancing performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and user experience while ensuring the application can support thousands of users, playlists, search requests, and media interactions without slowing down.
Some of the biggest challenges included:
