Service section on my website (desktop version), what do you guys think ?

This looks sick! And yeah, making it static on mobile is a really good choice. Too much movement there can make the experience feel a bit weird. I’ve used a similar hero animation on my own website too.

The reason I chose Hero 1 is that the design style feels fresh and modern. I also think the image beneath the hero text complements the message really well, which makes the whole section feel more cohesive. That’s my perspective.
