I built ScopeCreep for the #Base44Challenge: an operational contract intelligence copilot built specifically for Contra freelancers and independent studios.

How ScopeCreep Works:

Baseline Agreement Ingestion: Tracks your deliverables, revision allowances, and unit pricing ($/page, $/hour).

Automated Change Parsing (CR-001): Reads incoming client messages, compares them against agreed scope, and calculates the exact hour and financial delta before you respond.

The 3 Tactical Choices: Instead of awkward or defensive pushback, it calculates three diplomatic options: • Absorb: Courtesy $0 with explicit value attached so the client knows it was a gift. • Trade: Swap deliverables to keep deadlines and budgets intact. • Charge: Automated Change Order with delivery extensions.

Contra-Tailored Counter-Proposals: Generates one-click diplomatic responses ready to paste straight into Contra chat (with Warm, Firm, or Direct tone controls).

Immutable Scope v2 Audit Trail: Locks client approvals into a permanent version history and exports official Change Order summaries.

Built 100% on Base44 with full responsive design and a zero-login interactive demo sandbox so anyone can test it immediately.

I built LeadPilot, a lead management and outreach workspace for freelance web designers and small studios.

Finding potential clients is only one part of freelance work. Understanding where you can add value, reaching out with a relevant offer, and keeping track of follow-ups can be just as challenging.

LeadPilot brings these steps into one workflow. It helps freelancers organize prospects, identify potential opportunities, prepare personalized outreach, and manage follow-ups without losing context between tools.

My focus was on building something practical, with a clean interface and a workflow designed around how independent designers actually find and approach clients.
