Lync App is a unified intelligent client and invoice management App comprising:

 (a) A centralized client relationship module enabling creation, storage, retrieval, and management of structured client records comprising contact aliases, company associations (selected from an existing-business registry or defined as custom), email addresses, telephone numbers, physical addresses, configurable payment terms, and free-form notes;

(b) A bidirectional invoice lifecycle module enabling: (i) generation and dispatch of invoices from the platform user to clients, with multi-currency support, line-item entry, due date assignment, and automated amount calculation; and (ii) receipt and review of invoice requests submitted by clients or counterparties to the platform user, with the ability to approve or reject incoming requests via an in-app action interface;

(c) A real-time business overview dashboard presenting aggregated financial key performance indicators including Total Revenue, Unpaid amount, Outstanding amount, Average Invoice value, total active Client count, and Paid Invoice count, updated in real time from the invoice ledger;

(d) A financial analytics module providing: Revenue Over Time line charts derived from paid invoice data; Invoice Status Distribution charts depicting the proportion of invoices in each lifecycle status; Receivables Aging analysis segmenting outstanding amounts into time-based buckets (Not Yet Due, 1–30 Days Overdue, 31–60 Days Overdue, and 61+ Days Overdue); Invoice Acceptance Rate computation; Cash Flow Forecast projections at 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day horizons derived from outstanding invoice due dates; Upcoming Payments schedules; Top Clients rankings scored by revenue, payment speed, and payment reliability; and Client Lifetime Value computations;

(e) A proactive push notification and in-app alert system that monitors invoice states and financial data streams, generating alerts for overdue invoices, approaching due dates, incoming invoice requests pending approval, and projected cash flow conditions; and

(f) A secure cloud synchronization layer ensuring that data created or modified on any authenticated device is immediately propagated across all user sessions, with configurable payment identity linking via regional real-time payment systems.
