@Aishwarya | Brand Therapy if you want to stop feeling the need to check slack and email over the weekend, I'd make your office hours and response times super clear if they aren't already!
I liked to set a slower pace when I was freelancing personally so this worked really well for me and my clients to keep everyone in the know.
@Aishwarya | Brand Therapy I use Arc as my browser, so I have a separate work space so I'm not tempted if I hop online haha. I also remove Slack from my home screen on my phone so I have to deliberately search for it 👀
