This project showcases a complete AI-powered workflow designed using n8n + OpenAI + WhatsApp automation to streamline communication and data handling for businesses. The system receives incoming requests via HTTP, automatically transcribes voice notes, processes messages through an AI agent, and intelligently routes the output based on business logic.

The workflow integrates multiple nodes including OpenAI Chat Model, Simple Memory, Google Sheets row creation & updates, Gmail messaging, Event creation, and WhatsApp auto-response, enabling smooth task execution without manual intervention. User data is captured, stored, and processed for follow-ups, while the AI agent generates replies, reads stored records, sends emails, or triggers events depending on the conversation context.

With this setup, clients can automate customer inquiries, booking processes, internal logs, email notifications and follow-ups resulting in reduced workload, faster response time, enhanced productivity, and improved customer experience. This portfolio project demonstrates my capability in building powerful automation flows, conversational AI systems, data integration, and business process scaling solutions for SMEs and enterprise environments.
