⟡ Saw a post by @Luca Da Corte with liquid metal Contra logo. ⟡
I decided to extend the animation and try to apply the ASCII filter using only the shapes of the actual logo. Curious to know if you think it makes it better or worse.
With ASCII version creates a unique texture that makes the liquid movement feel even more dynamic. Its impressive to see how a filter can change the whole aesthetic like that.
Writing unique code for animations makes iterating on reactive micro-interactions so much smoother. It completely transforms how a brand narrative feels in the browser.
The abstract linework gives the avatar a distinct character without leaning on a face—especially like how the data labels make the concept feel functional.

Still can't believe we're writing this.
Huge thanks to every client who trusted us, and to team Contra for building a place where independent creatives can actually grow.
