The client, a UK SaaS company, needed 8 Customer Success Managers fast to support £2M ARR growth.
My role: Built the pipeline from scratch. Mapped the UK SaaS ecosystem, sourced 120 passive CSMs on LinkedIn, ran personalized outreach (40% reply rate), screened 30, and delivered 15 qualified candidates. Result: 8 hires in 6 weeks.
This project shows I can build talent pipelines in the UK market and work directly with hiring managers.
Most businesses judge their customer journey by one question:
Did this person buy the premium offer?
But that question misses the value inside the rest of the audience.
I created this customer journey to show how I approach the systems I build for coaches, consultants, and experts.
The highly aligned person may become a one-on-one client, but still need access to guidance and resources between live sessions.
The person who fits the audience but is not ready for the premium offer may need education, nurturing, or a smaller next step.
The person who is not aligned for direct service may still ask questions that reveal what the broader audience needs.
Without a clear system, the founder has to manage these experiences manually—or the value disappears completely.
This is the work I do.
I study how people currently move through a business, identify where time, revenue, insight, or continued support is being lost, and build an AI system that gives each person the right next step.
Depending on the business, that system may include:
Lead qualification and readiness scoring
Client support between live sessions
Educational or nurturing pathways
Self-serve resources
Audience research and conversation summaries
A dashboard that keeps the founder informed
The goal is not to push every person toward the same offer.
It is to turn the founder’s existing knowledge, content, and customer experience into a system that can serve people without requiring the founder to personally manage every conversation.
